The wording makes it seem like you’ll get reliable, up-to-date coverage, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. Most of the updates are either late or just missing completely, so I barely even bother checking anymore.

Not gonna lie, I’m frustrated. I emailed gridironfb.com support twice about my order and didn’t hear anything back for days. When you actually need help, that’s really annoying. It feels like no one is checking the messages.

I tried to sign up, but Professor Confusing Signup had other plans. The process was all over the place, and then Captain Payment Failure showed up and failed my payment twice. I never even got to use the thing because getting started was already a mess.

I went to one of their football events and had a decent time overall. The games themselves were fun, the check-in took a while and some of the info wasn’t very clear. The staff were friendly when we asked questions, so that helped. Not a bad experience, I just think the organization could be smoother next time.

Not sure how to explain it, but some of the player ratings just didn’t feel right. It seemed like a few really basic things about the players were missed.

I had to keep chasing them just to get any kind of answer, and even then I didn’t get much back. The communication was, uh, poor overall and just frustrating

I tried using Gridironfb and tapped out after a while. The whole site feels like a messy little gremlin, and moving around it is way more annoying than it should be. I kept clicking around just trying to find basic info, but somehow ended up on random pages that didn’t help at all.
It was also loading slow for me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Maybe the content is buried in there somewhere, but the layout is such a clueless disaster that getting to anything useful feels like a chore. Not a good experience

I can’t really give a fair opinion on the staff since I haven’t actually visited or dealt with anyone there yet. i’d rather not guess or waste time pretending I had an experience I didn’t.

It’s actually alright overall, but I do feel like it’s a bit too pricey for what you get.

We signed up because we were hoping to get more recruiting exposure, but not much actually happened for us. It kind of felt like we paid and then just sat around waiting. We didn’t see any real interest come from it, which was frustrating. Maybe it works better for other people, but for our experience, it was definitely disappointing.
